Recently I was made aware of a great tool that Tomboy Tools sells which is the Plumbing Snake. I have been trying everything to unclog our bathroom sink and tub drains and didn't want to keep using chemical based products (which didn't work anyway). I am so excited because the Plumbing Snakes removed all the hair in the sink with the cool velcro type tips that pull everything out. I definitely recommend if you have any drain clogging issues, you purchase this product from Tomboy Tools! |

I've used the snake too and love it! If you keep having problems with your sink you may want to take apart the p trap (the bendy pipe under the sink) and clean it. A lot of liquid hand soaps, hair products and tooth pastes have ingredients that build up over time. The snake will get hair and those clogs but the goo and sludge in the pipes will stay. Take it apart, clean it with hot soapy water and then use the Tomboy water pump pliers to put it back together. It'll be as good as new. |

I've used this tool...it's pretty hilarious to see what's lurking in your drains. I highly recomend giving this tool a try. |
